Emma Brown

Emma Brown is a Technical Director and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, with 27 years’ international experience in project management, flow forecasting and emergency warning, and in leading supporting research programmes. Emma has wide, international experience in the development of hydrological models and flood forecasting studies. She leads multi-disciplinary technical teams to configure and implement flood modelling, forecasting and warning solutions for clients and governments, for small-scale river basins to national-scale systems.
