Bridget Woods-Ballard

Bridget Woods-Ballard is a fluvial hydrologist and chartered civil engineer, specialising in the evaluation and design of sustainable drainage and surface water flood risk management systems. She is the principal author of the CIRIA Sustainable Drainage Systems Manual and regularly speaks at key industry events. Recently she has been involved with a range of feasibility and retrofit modelling studies, has worked with Water UK to develop standard approaches for the recording of assets, and UK Water Industry Research on understanding the impact of drainage criteria on protecting sewer capacity.
