Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and has worked in the UK wastewater industry for over 16 years. During this time, he has worked on projects ranging from the provision of regional water company business planning support and strategic catchment studies, through to detailed design of solutions and asset management decision support systems. He has presented at conferences both nationally and internationally and is currently supporting a range of research studies into improved asset management systems, flood forecasting, artificial intelligence, and real time control. He has a particular passion for mentoring and training young industry professionals and has taught an undergraduate sewer modelling course at the University of Sheffield since 2010.
