Duncan’s career centres around property, technology and the built environment. He believes in the power of technology to deliver meaningful change and to solve problems. His experience began with a geospatial dataset reseller and an aerial photography mapping company that have both since exited successfully. He has since been operating in the Social Housing space for more than a decade, bringing new technologies to market. Most recently, he was Business Development Director at Switchee, taking the business from startup to scale-up position and contributing 41% of their turnover in 2023 in the process.
