Dr Hongyang Dong

Dr Hongyang Dong is an Assistant Professor at the Intelligent Control & Smart Energy (ICSE) research group, School of Engineering, University of Warwick. He worked as a research fellow in machine learning and intelligent control at ICSE from 2019 to 2022, before he became an assistant professor in November 2022. His current research interest is control theories and machine learning methods with their applications in complex systems, including offshore renewable energy systems and autonomous systems.
