Harriet Pugh

Harriet brings over a decade of experience in research, product and service design. She leads on shaping how our products and services are designed and delivered to meet the real needs of customers and communities. 

She specialises in human-centred and participatory design methods, with a background in community development and co-production. Through her work at TPXimpact, she leads a portfolio of energy projects on flexibility, retrofitting and heat networks, including in the social housing sector. She’s worked across public sector programmes, charities, and with start-ups.

Harriet studied Anthropology at The University of Manchester and is a Design Council Expert.
